If your child is unable to attend school for any reason, please inform the school office before 9.00am on each day of absence. You can do this by calling 01254 769150 (option 1) or by using the absence feature on ParentMail.

If we do not receive notification, you will be contacted after the registers have been taken via phone and/or ParentMail to request a reason for the absence. Any absence that is not explained will be recorded as unauthorised.

If your child’s attendance becomes a concern, we will work with you to provide support. This may include arranging a meeting with parents to agree an Attendance Improvement Plan for your child. These plans are supportive and set out the actions and support available to help improve attendance.
